Phylum is a consulting company specialized in the strategy and organisation of food chains, including service providers (testing laboratories, genetic and animal health). Our approach is based on the analysis of each link in the chain, taking into account the impact of each decision on the other levels.
Phylum is able to develop a strategic project from its conception to its implementation in all components (economical, financial, marketing, organisational, quality and health safety), including the development of the necessary information systems. Phylum works for both the private sector and the competent public authorities.
Our consultants have a dual training, technical (engineers and veterinarians) and managerial (finance, quality…). Phylum also relies on an international network of expertise (research centres).
