Located in 10 Western and Central African countries, GEOCOTON (former CFDT / DAGRIS) is a private agro-industrial player that has been actively contributing to the emergence of the African continent since 1949. In contact with several millions of African cotton growers, GEOCOTON has a very high social impact and boosts the agricultural development thanks to its participative integrated approach in the cotton sector. Precisely, the Group operates in each stage of the value chain by promoting an equitable sharing with growers: agricultural supervision, harvest purchase, processing, trading, quality control, logistics, supply of valorized products to local, regional and international end-consumers. In 2014, GEOCOTON generated a turnover worth over 240 million € and is employing 1000 people.
