Senegal is a prime destination in West Africa in terms of investment and trade. President MackySall has pledged to achieve in the framework of the Senegal Emergent Plan (PSE), 17 major projects including some in agriculture, namely land reform and the development of rice production and market gardening sectors. Over a hundred French companies, from all sectors, have set up operations, not to mention the numerous French company directors who have invested equity. Moreover, France remains the first of Senegal’s trade partners.

We are proposing a new “Sector Open Space” formula (1 table, 2 chairs, 1 signposting, 1 outlet, 2 partitions for displays, 1 catalog page) with the opportunity, for members, to have a mini exhibition space to showcase theirexpertise and tomeet prospective and existing customers.

On the program: technical meetings and workshops

A regional workshop “Sahel Irrigation program” and “Regional Support Project- Pastoralism in the Sahel” organized with the support of the World Bank and the policymakers from the 6 Sahelian countries involved in future agricultural development projects.
A meeting “Senegal Emergent Plan”, in the presence of the Minister of Commerce, to present to businesses the agricultural opportunities offered by exhibitors.
